“This place is all about location. The experience in a 2-room suite was like staying at the home of an elderly relative who hasn’t updated their furnishings since the 70s. The rooms were spacious but a bit musty and quite worn. But it’s half a block to the main street so overall it’s a good choice if you don’t mind the thin walls and shag carpeting.”

“The property itself was fantastic a lot of old school charm. We loved the aesthetic. Staff was super friendly! Hotel was great! Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is due to the community of vagrants in the town square right outside the hotel.”

“The room was ok but the table and furniture were sticky. The bed was clean and confortable. The location was convenient and fairly quiet. However, we experienced a power outage during our stay, and the front desk staff was not particularly welcoming or friendly.”

“The Eureka Inn is a large but not too large, charming old world style hotel. The rooms and furnishings are very well maintained. The hotel is quiet and the staff are helpful. Also it’s in a very walkable downtown neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay. We’d stay again.”

“The sheets had a strange smell”

“The property was situated between two very busy streets, however, it was very quiet at night. Our room was recently redone, bathroom was excellent and modern, bed was very comfortable and clean. Only the carpet needs replacing sometime soon. We were very comfortable and slept well. One exception - the ice machine was right outside our door and was intermittently noisy.”

“Actually the bed was incredibly uncomfortable. The plastic plants and flowers are cheesy, and the host was mediocre. The place was way over rated!”

La stanza è pulita, ma avrebbe necessità di una risistemata, Il bagno è piccolissimo e la vasca con la tenda lo occupano quasi tutto. Il lavandino è in camera ed è minuscolo. Il letto comodo. La colazione ottima, al di sopra delle aspettative e giustifica in parte il prezzo che è da hotel e non da motel!!”

“Very beautiful hotel, in a historic house of ferndale.room was clean, the bed was a bit small and too soft. Breakfast is served in the main room and there is some choice of hot and cold food. ”

“The property is generally well maintained. The lobby and breakfast room are small but pleasant, clean, and well-kept. Located just outside Eureka, this location actually feels safer overall, being close to restaurants and shops. It is also within a 5-minute drive to downtown, making it very convenient.”

“Beautiful home, well maintained, and a great experience. We felt at home and lucky to experience staying somewhere with so much character. It really feels like you’re in a different time. The breakfast was delicious and room was clean and comfortable. One slight negative was the water for the shower was temperamental…but everything else was perfect!”

“The floor on the side of the bed was not cleaned. It had broken glass, plastic and something sticky. Didn't seem like the floor was vacuumed and mopped well.”
