Hotel a Rosewood

“Room was very clean. Comfortable bed made for a good night's sleep! On site breakfast was useful. ”

“The man that checked us in was so friendly and helpful. At 5:00 a.m. i needed something from my car, and was so grateful to see a security gaurd patroling the parking lot. ”

“Our room had a smoke smell as soon as we opened the door... Probably dirty carpet smell. Then, the toilet has a hair on it. So, I cleaned that. No Air conditioning at all. You have to open a window and bring your own fan. The ceiling in the bathroom has mold spots. Did I mention, NO AIR CONDITIONING? The lobby has character with paintings of famous people that stayed here in the 60s, 70s, 80s... Continental breakfast of muffins was 630 -9 am. We opted for McDonald's. I would not stay here...

“This hotel has amazing potential - but it needs significant work on the basic conditions. It is over 100 years old and in need of a full restoration of all basic infrastructure and all new FF&E. It is not appropriately priced for the condition. I for one, would love to be a GM of the restoration and see what would be possible. ”

“Questo è un classico motel americano. LA camera al secondo piano è un po' scomoda per portare i bagagli, ma più silenziosa. La stanza è pulita, ma avrebbe necessità di una risistemata, Il bagno è piccolissimo e la vasca con la tenda lo occupano quasi tutto. Il lavandino è in camera ed è minuscolo. Il letto comodo. La colazione ottima, al di sopra delle aspettative e giustifica in parte il prezzo che è da hotel e non da motel!!”

“New and clean rooms; coffee and tea selection was good. Refrigerator, and microwave and good size TV. Cons: mattress was springy, sheets cheaper material. Noisy intersection. Misleading pictures of broadwalk not part of the hotel ”
