“Very clean and also very pleasant staff. The garage situation was confusing, requiring a room key to get in, but the initial arrival area was so disorganized that it was a real hassle. We also had very loud upstairs neighbors, a middle of the night phone call, and the room’s air conditioning unit was very loud when kicking on once the surrounding got quiet that it kept waking us up every 10-15 minutes.”

“For whatever reason I was charge circa 300usd extra and they do not respond my messages on hotels.com… I had booked a larger room but informed upon arrival that they had that type of room booked for the first night and therefore I had to be downgraded. Not only I was not offered a reimburse for the night on a lower category room but after checking my account I have been charged extra 287.4$ for no reason. I wrote to the hotel days ago and I still have not received any answer…”
