“Very nice and cosy. It has been a pleasure staying at this B&B. It's easy reachable from the train station of Royston, by foot. The bedroom was very comfortable. Although the bathromm was not private, it was cleaned and close to the bedroom, with all the utilities. It's perfect for couples or also singles.”

“Nice place. Food was good also. Staff friendly. Stayed in room 4. Not a lot of choice on the TV so went to a couple of pubs in the area. Ate in the hotel and food was lovely. Breakfast was also good. ”

“Very clean and very comfortable, with very good air conditioning - very welcome on the hottest day of the year! My only criticism is the booking process guidelines are not clear and the online system needs improvement. It was not made clear that we would not receive the email with access instructions until the security process was completed and the deposit paid. Then, when trying to pay the deposit, it was not clear that Amex was not accepted and the system just said "declined" right at the...

"The housekeeping was a joke. For a 5 nights stay they never cleaned the bathroom (just changed the towels and the toilet paper) and never changed the bed. They took the garbage from the room though, daily . You have to get used to live in your own dirt. Breakfast was average with limited choices. Restaurant offered outstanding food of superb quality and taste, but the menu was limited. The gym is way above average and top notch for the level of the hotel. The SPA was superb and offered the best in class products. If you want a superior SPA you truly have to struggle to find one. WiFi was excellent and stable. The staff in general was young and inexperienced, but the tried their best."
