“Lee arrived and they had no reservation reserved, they said? They also said he needed a $50 deposit in cash before he could get a room. I don't know what happened but this very disappointing. Lee had to go to Houma to get a hotel, which I did through Travelocity.”

“Louisiana is hot and humid in the summer months, this attributes to the interior condition of the hotel. Everything felt damp and the floor was actually wet in the mornings. I believe the facility was clean but the dampness gave me cause to wonder. I also noted rusting on metal objects in the room, most likely from the humidity.”
