A moving fee will be charged. • Undeclared guests exceeding the maximum occupancy of six are strictly prohibited and will incur an additional charge of $50 per person, per night. • Please advise host of any changes in number of guests after booking. Exceeding stated Max occupancy as mandated by ordinance, will result in the booking being immediately terminated without a refund. • Early check-ins and late check-outs are allowed based on availability and will incur an extra fee of $20 per hour.
