Family Friendly Modern Guest House

Welcome to our quaint, family friendly and comfy, 3 bedroom, 2 bath home located in the neighborhood of Mira Mesa in San Diego. This property is perfect for those looking for a peaceful retreat while still being close to all the excitement of the city. You'll enjoy this open concept living and dining area that comes complete with a full-size kitchen & all the modern amenities needed for a comfortable stay, like high-speed wifi, coffee, TV, & board games... and only a short drive to beaches or downtown.

Spacious one story guest home with 1100 square feet of living space that can comfortably fit 8 people.
- master suite has a queen bed and bidet toilet in the attached ensuite.
- 2nd bedroom has a queen bed
- 3rd bedroom has a full size bed and twin bunk beds.
- blackout curtains in all bedrooms
- all bathrooms have walk-in showers
- plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby with a movie theater & ice skate facility.

Our stay was absolutely perfect! Our host June was in communication throughout the stay. The house is stocked with all of the most needed essentials and then some. Has beach towels, umbrellas, first aid kit, plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a bidet in the master bathroom. The showers are amazing with dual sprays and all beds are comfortable with plush bedding. The kitchen has a Nespresso machine as well as a regular coffee pot. The house was exactly what we needed for four adults and one bedroom also had a set of bunk beds that we didn’t use in addition to the main bed. There are plenty of lamps and light dimmers for great ambiance. There is one tv in the living room. We brought our dog and she was fine in the home and in the fully fenced courtyard. We brought a kennel for her to stay in while we explored. Overall we had an amazing experience and will return!

First, our host, June, was excellent and accommodating. Communication was easy; she made accessing the property and entering the home a breeze. As for the house itself, it is newer, well-designed, and ideally suited for our family of five. The home was cozy and offered great amenities, including a coffee maker, a small backyard seating area, a selection of games, a TV, a full kitchen, and two appropriately sized bathrooms for the family to shower and get ready.We use VRBO every time we travel, and I can confidently say that this home was by far the cleanest place we have ever stayed in, which is essential for my family when we travel. It felt as if we were the first renters in the space. Additionally, a full washer and dryer are available if needed, and the home is pet-friendly.Overall, this was a 10 out of 10 experience for my family and me, and having June available every step of the way made it even more convenient, enhancing our overall experience. We will definitely return. Thank you, June!

Fabulous Stay in Mira Mesa!

Our family came to San Diego to visit family. We have very high expectations for places we stay and this place met them all! It was immaculate, convenient and stocked with everything we might need. June was a wonderful host as well! We will book again when we return to San Diego.

Cozy home away from home

It was a perfect home away from home for us . Coming from the East Coast for a 10 day stay - it never felt that we were away from home. From the check in,the amenities , the location ,the cleanliness - nothing could have been more perfect..Would prefer to stay there again in future.

Spacious, very clean, tastefully decorated, guest house that we thoroughly enjoyed. Very comfortable for the four of us and our 2 night stay. Beds were comfy. June was very helpful in recommending amenities in the area. Would definately stay again.

Wonderful Property in San Diego

This property was perfect for me, my father and best friend’s annual trip to Del Mar racetrack. It was had three bedrooms, one of which was a master with en-suite bathroom that my Dad was happy to get. The property was bright, clean and quiet, and we were pleasantly surprised to find a basket full of snacks when we arrived. There were many options close by for breakfast and anything else we needed. Also, June was very responsive whenever I had a question about the property.
