Hotel a Santa Clara

“Falta limpieza, no esta bien q tengas q pedir toallas. No vinieron a limpiar la habitacion nunca nuestra habitacion. El desayuno esta muy pobre, deberian cobrar mas pero dar un desayuno mejor”

“Stay here after an unfortunate accident, but honestly it was extremely pleasant. Staff was very understanding of the circumstances and even extended the stay as we were there longer than planned. Beds were super comfortable and room was pretty spacious. Would definitely stay again, hopefully without the accident next time. ”

“The lobby disgusting smell bad all the time turn off the A.C.. and when left to the hotel a old lady waiting the left and was uncomfortable... 0/ 10 this hotel terrible and the taken money for 2 times for my debit card. And for always payed double ..if you go to new braunfels 0 recommend to stay here”

“Two beds queen is what we got and the table was under TV. Which I would had prefer a small round table to sit at to read and write . It was ok for me needs . We only stayed two nights. The staff was very nice .breakfast had hard boiled eggs,sausage gravy and biscuits, waffle machine, a lot of carbs. Coffee and juice ceral”

“Room was dirty there was mold and stains everywhere and the place was basically falling apart ”

“Dirty room with boogers in the walls. Pillows and sheets smelled dirty. The pool area did not look like the picture. Bugs flying around in the pool area. Floor was very dirty. Never again!!! Checked in and left an hour later. Disgusting ”

“Several vehicles were broken into this morning including mine. The gentleman that was there this morning wasn’t very helpful. ”

“This place smelled and human urine walking to my room and the a/c was so loud I could not sleep. The area was sketchy area of town. I will never go back to any Red Roof Inn again in my life! ”
