“We were in the area for a wedding and stayed a few extra days at The Amelia. We loved the hotel and had a huge 1 bedroom suite on the top floor. It felt like staying in someone’s personal home. The hotel is extremely clean and our room was kept tidy daily. There is a small kitchen area stocked with coffee, tea, drinks and snacks. “We brought our dog with us. We had a room right by the exit. It was clean. Breakfast was great. One thing I would say is make sure you understand the dog fee before you go there there was stores very close for anything you forgot, which made it super convenient. I would definitely stay there again.”

“The Roosevelt is an old school, family owned motel. We were checked in by the owner and she was very helpful about the local area. The rooms were clean and the parking was easy and convenient. There is nothing fancy here- but if all you need is a clean place to sleep- this is your spot.”

“The hotel was probably once an adorable boutique hotel. Now it is run down with weeds in the outdoor planters and televisions that do not work. We had to ask for towels. It is a pet friendly hotel which is not my "cup of tea" and there were lots of pets! There were two different desk clerks. One was completely clueless/unhelpful. “The room was clean and nicely decorated. There is no staff on the property, but were reachable via text. There were snacks in the kitchen and a fridge to store a few things in. The parking is limited & inconvenient, having to move our car from one side of the street to another to adhere to odd/even days. We enjoyed the outdoor space.”
