“Very very cold. I had to sleep with my winter coat on. Also the cleanliness wasn't great. We found 2 dirty socks on one of the beds so we had to change our sleeping arrangements around that so no one used that bed. The place itself is nice, if it was managed properly it would have been much much better.”

“Our family is spread over the Chicagoland area and this was a very central location to Downtown and various burbs for us. Property is well kept. Minor upkeep needs did not overshadow the great layout, condition, and comfort of this home. The rooms were comfortable, and we loved both the basement rec area and the outdoor patio. The fenced in back yard was a HUGE bonus for our dogs. And above all, the owners were AMAZINGLY responsive and helpful. We will definitely seek out this property next time...
