“Our room was very clean and had all the necessary items from shampoo, conditioner to coffee. The staff was very friendly and helpful with any questions we had. Breakfast was great with anything from eggs, sausage, gravy to pancakes and hot cinnamon rolls. The cost was very reasonable also. We will definitely be staying at Holiday Inn at Concord, NC when we come back down. Thank you.”

“We didn’t get the room we reserved. I assume due to us checking in late, approx. 10pm. We reserve a king but were told they only had double queen available. Otherwise, our stay was good.”

Laundry facility uses a super convenient app. Get it when you arrive so you can see when machines are available. Hotel is joint with another Hilton brand and in an area with several hotels and DoorDash kept incorrectly delivering. Convenient snack and small necessities kiosk with self checkout. Currently renovating some rooms. Contractors are super friendly but request a change of rooms if you don’t...

“Pro- Rooms are clean. Hotel is clean. Big Con- Bed was super uncomfortable- definitely no upgrades with the beds, mattresses, or pillows. Expect to have a hard bed, and very flat pillows (“feathers” have fallen to one side of the pillow/ pillow lacking any structure ). If you read reviews others will say the same- fix your beds Fairfield!!! I did ask for 2 extra pillows, and was told by the ladies at the front desk that they didn’t have any extra pillows for rooms without pullout couch...
