“I'm not sure if just because I didn't book directly through them but the room had maintenance issues. The faucet was not secured properly to the sink. When I turned on the hot water a bunch of black stuff came out. Guessing they flushed the lines but didn't run the sink. There was a missing light cover on the light above the door. The shampoo mount in the shower was broken. The room was generally clean except some hair stuck to the wall in the shower. The elevator call button on my floor...
