“Great location, quick drive to so many things. Dual showers was a pleasant surprise, jetted tub was nice and gas fireplace. Check in and out very easy. Will recommend.”

“We booked this hotel last minute due to an unfortunate stay at another hotel and the manager on duty Evan was such an angel. He not only let us check in early but was extremely accommodating and welcoming upon arrival. The hotel is so nice and I can’t wait to see when it’s fully done!”

“Everything was amazing! The staff was extremely helpful even during some internet issues, they found a way around and assured I was attended to in terms of my questions and needs. The only thing I suggest is to ask ahead of time for the amenities schedule, they have a sauna and even barrels for ice baths but their website page was not clear if there were scheduled times for using them. Other than that everything was amazing! I plan on staying again.”

“If you are looking for a perfect getaway in Big Bear Lake, Bear Creek Resort is it. Our cabin was beautiful, clean, and incredibly cozy. Spending the evenings relaxing in the hot tub surrounded by the mountain air was wonderful. We were also pleasantly surprised to find an excellent pho restaurant right on the property, which was a delicious perk after a long day outdoors. We had a flawless experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!”

“Staff was great, check in was easy, Todd was so nice he loved our puppy Coco. Todd upgraded us to a better room, gave us tips on pet friendly places to eat and cool walking trails. Location is close to The Village and Boulder Bay park two of our favorite places to visit with our pup.”

“The property was clean and close to all the amenities of Big Bear Lake. The bed was not on a bed frame and the mattress was warned out. It felt like I was sleeping in a canoe. There was no dresser nor closet to put clothes. I had to live out of a suitcase. I will not recommend this place to family nor friends.”
