“Pool”

“I would not recommend this hotel. I stayed here for a work trip, and it was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. For two consecutive nights, the guests next door played loud music, shouted, slammed doors, and made constant noise until late at night. I reported the issue to the front desk multiple times. Although staff came to the floor several times, nothing changed, and I barely slept. The service was equally disappointing. The hotel had no bottled water available, and my room was not...

“The booking was exactly as explained on the listing for the hotel. Everything looked like the pictures, which you can trust. We enjoyed our stay with Hilton. We also had the best sleep of the trip here as well. Staff was friendly and willing to help. Room was definitely cleaned daily.”
