“The property is situated between a few other hotels. It was a bit difficult to find the entrance. Upon entering the property the staff were friendly and helpful. Kindly offering the water and cookie for members. The foyer area did smell a bit like cigarette smoke. Not sure why. The foyer was not amazing or inviting. Very dated. The rooms were pleasant, clean yet very humid and the sheets felt a bit damp from the humidity in m the room.”

“The restaurant was understaffed, and one (overworked) bar person was openly belligerent to customers. The other complained repeatedly (though pleasantly) about being the only person working. Since the property is not surrounded by other options for a meal, it made the stay disappointing. Having a faux Starbucks near the lobby, only open until 2 pm, was another odd aspect.”

Construction workers worked during the night at 11pm and later and we could hear them sawing and banging on the floor below us. They are renovating the second floor and we were on the third floor. “I’m actually going to an attorney. This property manager violated all kind of laws. My main complaint was the elevator was broken for EIGHT days. When checked into hotel requires ALL persons show ID if staying. They made a COPY of my Drivers License and his DISABLE MILITARY VETERAN IDENTIFICATION. I can understand possibly two nights but 8 days unacceptable. Guest stayed in the room 3 DAYS because he could NOT WALK up/ down three floors EVERY TIME we leave the room.
