“I’m actually going to an attorney. This property manager violated all kind of laws. My main complaint was the elevator was broken for EIGHT days. When checked into hotel requires ALL persons show ID if staying. They made a COPY of my Drivers License and his DISABLE MILITARY VETERAN IDENTIFICATION. I can understand possibly two nights but 8 days unacceptable. Guest stayed in the room 3 DAYS because he could NOT WALK up/ down three floors EVERY TIME we leave the room. “The restaurant was understaffed, and one (overworked) bar person was openly belligerent to customers. The other complained repeatedly (though pleasantly) about being the only person working. Since the property is not surrounded by other options for a meal, it made the stay disappointing. Having a faux Starbucks near the lobby, only open until 2 pm, was another odd aspect.”

“Super cute and quirky hotel located in the heart of Richmond. Walking distance to Pearly’s which is a top breakfast restaurant and several coffee shops. Parking is convenient but a little pricey. Would absolutely stay again”

“You get what you pay for. Bare bones amenities: shampoo and conditioner; no coffee in room; elevator broken which may or may not get fixed; and the toilet leaked, fortunately not in a used space. It appears that the place is being remodeled so it may be better in the future. If you only need an inexpensive place to sleep a few minutes from the airport, go for it!”

“The property is situated between a few other hotels. It was a bit difficult to find the entrance. Upon entering the property the staff were friendly and helpful. Kindly offering the water and cookie for members. The foyer area did smell a bit like cigarette smoke. Not sure why. The foyer was not amazing or inviting. Very dated. The rooms were pleasant, clean yet very humid and the sheets felt a bit damp from the humidity in m the room.”

“The sink did not drain well. I called customer several times and no answer, neither they called me back and selected that option. When I spoke to someone, she was helpless. No microwave was in the room, no free wi fi. The parking is very unreasonable.”

“Perhaps this is a more general hotel thing cutting corners and not including stuff that used to be standard but there is basically no housekeeping. They change towels (no fresh linens, no cleaning) every other day. Literally we got new towels and a roll of toilet paper. Supposedly if you stay a week they clean the room. I’m sure it saves them a ton of money but the savings sure don’t seem to be passed on to the customer. We could have used the floor vacuumed but not gonna happen! There...
