“The hotel at Richmond was great but we than booked from 26 to 28 July the Kimpton Monaco at Washington, arrived at hotel but they haven’t seen any booking from you although you’ve sent me your confirmation Itinerary # 72617050417071 This is very bad surprise tks”

“I had an amazing experience at the Moxy. Visited for a work trip. Front desk was extremely helpful and courteous. I absolutely loved the take home art in the room. The decor was what I loved the most. Parking was a little tricky but only because it was Halloween. ”

“Mi estancia en Hilton fue excelente. La habitación estaba muy limpia, cómoda y bien cuidada. El ambiente es tranquilo y elegante, ideal para descansar. El personal fue muy amable y atento en todo momento, siempre dispuestos a ayudar. La ubicación es muy conveniente y las instalaciones están bien mantenidas. Sin duda volvería a hospedarme aquí y lo recomiendo al 100%.”

“Sinceramente, ci aspettavamo meglio da un Hotel della catena Holiday Inn express. Il bagno non era pulito come si deve e la colazione non era all’altezza di un Holiday express. Siamo arrivati con 30 minuti di anticipo rispetto all’orario del check-in e nonostante l’hotel fosse vuoto, c’è stato detto che dovevamo ritornare mezz’ora dopo.”

“Everything was great! If I had to mention something that stood out, that was outstanding it would certainly be the patience and kindness of the Valet gentleman that helped me search for my missing glasses! He went above and beyond to help me try to find them, I did later find them! The overall “Graduate” theme was carried out throughout the hotel, and it was fun to see all the decor. The staff were warm, welcoming and helpful! We ended up ordering several appetizers and entrees for dinner...

“Stay was nice for an in & out of the city. I literally slept there for 5 hours and was off to work. Room was nice, walkable dinner locations, quiet.”

“Our flight was delayed several times, and we arrived at the hotel at about 4am. We were incredibly exhausted and they very kindly gave us a late check-out to allow us to rest. It was wonderful, welcoming, and very appreciated. The staff was very nice and gave us a ride to the airport the next day do we could pick up our rental, which we also missed due to the delayed flight. The hotel was comfortable and very conveniently close to the airport. Highly recommend.”

“We had a great experience staying at Pinball Pete’s place. Very clean, cozy, comfortable, with use of the kitchen and some food provided … and, of course, pinball! Our host also went above and beyond in helping us to resolve an unexpected issue. Hoping to stay there again in the future.”
