“They take $100 out of your bank account and hold it until after you check out. We stay in a lot of hotels, and haven’t had this issue with other hotels. ”

“East check in, clean room, nice breakfast. Our room faced the river with a balcony which was so relaxing. A little oasis in the busy town of pigeon Forge. Very close to Dollywood. ”

“Easy to get on and off the highway. Rooms were clean and the hotel was very quiet.”

“Hotel was nice but some areas you could tell needed more cleaning. Rust on door hinges in bathroom and outdoor balcony area needed to be swept. Towels unavailable at pool. You could tell place was understaffed. Breakfast was not very good other than the waffles. Needs more breakfast options. Overall decent hotel ”

“Breakfast was ok! Everthing else needs alot of work! We had reservations for two days, but cancelled the second day and went elsewhere! Parking was no problem, i don't think there were many there!”

“It was sufficient for 2 nights. It was ok clean, definitely not spotless. We only ate breakfast there once. McDonald’s is a better option. We won’t be back but for a low budget hotel, it wasn’t awful, somewhere between poor and ok. ”

“Loved the breakfast! The breakfast room was too small for the number of guests. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Nice front desk people. Wonderful place to stay. ”

“Clean hotel that is a short walk right to downtown Gatlinburg. Trolly stops right out front to take you around town absolutely free. The breakfast was decent, coffee was fresh. Unfortunately due to unexpected circumstances we had to end our stay early and Samantha at the front desk was very kind in assisting with the checkout and explaining how to possibly get a refund since we booked through a 3rd party site. We are already planning on coming back next year and staying at the same hotel.”
