“Love the location, great bed, nice shower pressure, can be a bit loud on weekends, but you’re right by Chico State, great energy as far as I’m concerned. ”

“Well, it did not feel like a resort. It was mostly like a trailer park with tents, cabins and trailers. I think the property needs to have a landscaping consultant to evaluate and redesign it to feel more like a resort. Also hard to find entrance off Hwy44 at night as the sign is faded and without any lighting.”

“It was Very Beautiful all in all. Inside and out. Very clean, the atmosphere was very Welcoming and felt like home! All in All my experience of rate 10/10. I would 100% recommend to anyone looking to stay out there!”

“Great location for a family reunion. Lots of space to gather together, but nice to have the cabins as personal space. We had a great time, cooked in every night, hiked and boated during the day. Kitchen facilities are very nice although we had some trouble getting the ovens to work but suspect that was operator error. The host was very responsive to all our communications and quickly got back to us about any questions we had. Beautiful location, would happily come back here!”

“My partner and I stayed in this great unit for Alumni weekend. Kitchen has all you need. Bathroom is great. Bed is lower than normal for me, my 50 year old alumni body made do! My partner played in the Alumni lacrosse game - easy drive and location to everything you could imagine fun in Chico. Great alleyway parking area.Well lit at night which I loved. Great drapes. AC worked wonderfully. The stay was super pleasant and quiet at night. Decor inside is pleasant, modern with some 70 cool vibes....

“This studio with full kitchen was perfect for the two of us. The detail to design was obvious and appreciated. The location is within walking/biking distance of CSU Chico downtown, and Bidwell Park. As older non college students, we didn't feel out of place at all. The studio is on a quiet street without a lot of foot or auto traffic. ”

"Il motel è nella media americana e sopratutto è pulito, ma mi è stata assegnata la camera per invalidi che ho trovato molto scomoda doccia che allagava tutto il bagno, lavandino basso e nessuna scrivania (cosa che le altre camere hanno). Inoltre quel giorno è stato anche un problema parcheggiare perché il parcheggio era pieno di camion dei vigili del fuoco che hanno portato via lo spazio agli altri clienti. Probabilmente con un’altra stanza la mia valutazione sarebbe stata più alta, ma ho chiesto altra stanza e mi è stato risposto che non ne avevano pulite. "
