“Went to visit my son who attends Chico state. Place was cute. Kitchen very small and old appliances but I didn’t plan any meals there. Bed was very comfortable. First night was a little chilly and there weee no extra blankets. I reached out and was brought a blanket that day. I would recommend to the owners to have more than one coffee cup, maybe a throw blanket in the living room and supply more than two towels in the bathroom. Also there were two heavy trash cans placed in front of the gate...

“Property was spacious and as advertised. Pool was a swamp and uncovered. We were not planning on swimming but this was a potential hazard for our young children. Kids got hot tub folliculitis because hot tub was not very clean. House was pretty rough around the edges (ie carpet stains everywhere, fake wood floor panels with gaps and soft spots, exposed light bulbs with no covers, pool table in disrepair etc...). The third full day of our stay a lawn service was present for most of the sun lit...
