“I can’t say enough about this place. I usually always stay at high-end hotels and let me tell you something, these folks do it right!! We had an amazing meal that we cook on their barbecue grill. They were so accommodating from anything from olive oil to utensils even cutting boards and let me just tell you an amazing breakfast cook to order and again great host also impressed with their sheets, towels and bedding I did not want to leave, I even made a comment today adopt me. 😉”

“Omg!!! The Highlands Ranch Resort is a hidden gem!! Gorgeous surroundings, 10 min drive outside Lassen Volcanic NP. The individual cottages with fireplaces, heated tiled bathroom floors, the most comfortable bed and bedding! In the morning light snow was falling - breath taking views! Our dinner and drinks in the main lodge with a roaring fire was 5 star!! This place is a must!! It was the perfect place to celebrate our anniversary! "Il motel è nella media americana e sopratutto è pulito, ma mi è stata assegnata la camera per invalidi che ho trovato molto scomoda doccia che allagava tutto il bagno, lavandino basso e nessuna scrivania (cosa che le altre camere hanno). Inoltre quel giorno è stato anche un problema parcheggiare perché il parcheggio era pieno di camion dei vigili del fuoco che hanno portato via lo spazio agli altri clienti. Probabilmente con un’altra stanza la mia valutazione sarebbe stata più alta, ma ho chiesto altra stanza e mi è stato risposto che non ne avevano pulite. "
