“Nice Motel in Burney. Good position to visit Lassen NP and the surrounding area. The reception is friendly and responsive. The room was spacious and enough clean. There is also a good restaurant next to the motel. ”

“The property was not very clean. Closed the door and there was some food on the floor. The bedding was stained and had cigarette burns on it. The fridge froze everything. I have to make more trips there but won’t be stay at this location.”
