“The stay was find. Expedia changed my arrival date with out my knowledge and charged me a $100 cancellation fee to charge the date for their mistake. I will be disputing the charge. ”

“The pool needed some attention. The pool deck was very dirty, the water surface needed a skimmer, and we had to go to the office to request towels. ”

“The most adorable hotel in Redding. It was so close to downtown and places to eat for dinner. Great location to Lassen. Super clean and wonderful staff! ”

“Arrived just before midnight. Check-in was easy, staff was very welcoming. Nice modern touches, but there were a few issues. The bathroom doorknob was very loose and nearly fell off. It looks like the room had been broken into in the past with damage to the doorframe with a poorly made repair and obvious relocation of the upper door lock (made me wonder how safe this location was). Lots of breakfast options, but most were slim pickings when we got there, 30 minutes before breakfast ended.”
