“Room was clean, breakfast was great. Pool was closed.”

Was extremely upsetting to walk by the front desk from the 4th floor in all our swimwear and nobody say anything.”

“FULL sized beds- Not Queen. Wasn't aware of this prior to booking. Rooms were great, except for the small beds. It was very difficult to fit a family of 4 with an infant into the "family" advertised rooms.”

The exercise room was locked and not available the evening I wanted to use it. Staff said it was locked by accident but no one was available to get it unlocked until after 10 that night.
