“There were unfortunately several issues with the property. There was no running water in the bathroom sink. The room was unbearably hot, with no fan or any methods of cooling. When we opened a window for ventilation, the noise from the busy street (not evident in any photos!) kept us awake. The room we booked pictured a double bed, but when we checked in there were two single beds. Worst of all, I woke up covered in bug bites! When we tried to find someone to tell them we were checking out...

“Great room. Everything you need. Friendly staff and a delicious breakfast. Excellent value. Although the kitchen was closed when we stayed we were very welcome to eat our takeaway pizzas in the pub grounds. A lovely stay”
