“We stayed for one night for our overnight flight layover - the property itself was that of a 2 star hotel and was expected to be as such. The front desk customer service was efficient for check in but could use some pointers on showing more friendliness to arriving guests. The airport shuttle is a bonus however the driver has no business being in hospitality - not even a hello, very unfriendly and sour.”
