“We first thought house was in a questionable neighborhood. But once we settled in, we realized it's just in a older area that is being revitalized. We walked around without feeling unsafe and everyone was friendly. The location was great. We walked to Unity Park and downtown easily. The house was clean, well decorated and had everything we needed. The beds in both rooms were extremely FIRM, which were uncomfortable to sleep on for us. But someone that likes a hard bed would be ok.”

“I've been doing home sharing for the last two years this place on Adger St. is one of the best stays in a while well located to stores & very close to bus routes if traveling with no vehicle quiet area and property is well maintained with all the amenities you need I travel with a service animal and was well received thanks so much”

“It was perfect just as described. Our fur babies loved being able to go with us. Our host was fabulous and bent over backwards to accommodate our needs. She allowed us to check out a little later so our fur babies did not have to sit in a hot car while we were at the Dicey Langston statue dedication in Travelers Rest. We will be returning to the area again late fall this year or early spring of next year and will definitely try to stay at San Soucci.”

“My wife and I were only here for a night but wish we could have stayed longer. The house looks brand new. It's immaculately cleaned and had nice little extras throughout. Furniture was very comfortable and the big TV had an excellent picture. The kitchen appears to have plenty of supplies, though we did not cook. The coffee corner was perfect. Shrubs and bushes were getting a bit overgrown on the outside. We have a 9lb dog and she was able to get through the fence. No door that opened directly to the yard.
