“The neighborhood is in-flux and looks like they are making improvements to the house, but the area is a bit sketchy. Inside the home it looks nice, but it could've been cleaned better and we found a backpack and polaroid pictures under the placemats on the table. The front yard and back yards need some serious TLC and would greatly improve the curb appeal of the house.”

“The property description was a incorret because one place it said three bathrooms and other places it said four bathrooms it's actually two full bathrooms and two half baths is what the description should say the upstairs Loft area is only a half bath and we thought it was a full bath we had to leave a $1,500 deposit and so far 3 weeks later we haven't received the deposit back yet even though no claim has been filed it's also in a rather unsafe neighborhood as when we arrived we was approached...

“House was great for a short stay in Columbus. SUPER close to Berliner field (softball tournament) and enough fun things for the kids/fam to do between games or in the evening (pool table, ping pong, movie theater, games and a hot tub. “I’m not pleased with how our stay at this home went. First issue we encountered was how dirty the home was when we first walked in. It looked like someone had just left after staying there for a little. Only things that were cleaned and organized were the beds and the restrooms. The living room didn’t look how it was advertised. The arm rest of the stair way was falling apart(literally) the whole house smelled like cigarette. On top of that, the basement had a nasty, when pile of trash that look...

“Unfortunately this stay didn’t meet expectations due to cleanliness and maintenance issues. We found multiple broken items around the house, and the couch had an unpleasant body-odor smell. The dishwasher also wasn’t functioning correctly, and I had to repair it myself, then rewash the dishes because they weren’t clean.Safety was also a concern: the stairs were missing a hand rail, and the top step is very narrow and steep, which felt dangerous.
