Personale cordiale, pulizia soprattutto dei sanitari ottima e la posizione il punto forte! Il rapporto qualità prezzo è ottimo soprattutto data la posizione dell'ostello, le principali attrazioni sono vicine anche a piedi ma la vicinanza e la quantità di trasporti vicini è pazzesca. The location is excellent, directly across from the train station, and the woman who checked me in was friendly, let me store my luggage early, and recommended a great nearby pub. Unfortunately, that's where the positives end. The biggest issue was the unbearable heat. London was hot during my stay, but my room felt like an oven. The windows only opened slightly, so there was almost no airflow. Multiple guests raised the issue with the front desk, suggesting fans...

“EN VERDAD no se si llamar hotel,o no se. lo que puedo contar es que pasamos un calor terrible nuestra habitación era en un piso para abajo sin ascensor y cargando 4 maletas con mochilas ect...el desayuno esta aceptable pero a las 9:30 am ya cierran estas de vacaciones allí no ofrecen almuerzo pues...extiende? un poco más la hora de cerrar el desayuno. Yo no regresaría de verdad pasamos un calor abrumador el baño parecía un saunas te levantas enpegostado al igual te acuestas así también muy mala...

“Me and my husband have been there for 3 nights. A cozy hostel near King's Cross train station and underground, staff is really kind and has many services. Rooms are well heated and you can choose the level of heating. Kitchen and common areas are well equipped and in the morning you can have breakfast prepared by the staff. Only "negative" thing is that some areas like bathroom near rooms is not so much soundproof, but no dramas. So, hostel well recommended!”
