Hotel all inclusive a South Madison

“Stayed here a couple years ago and was very impressed. Just stayed here again and was not so impressed. Tried to take a shower and there was no hot water, called front desk and was told i had to let water run for 20 - 25 minutes for it to get warm. Well we did that and only had warm/hot water for 5 minutes. Then when the water was warm, the shower mad this high pitched noise, that I am surprised didn't we didn't get a noise complaint. Then I was trying to sleep and the refrigerator kicked on and...

“The room was clean but the jacuzzi tub had brown stuff coming out the water and after after the Jets and we didn’t get to use it and the Wi-Fi kept going on and off and the TV in the front of the suite didn’t work and they said he was gonna reimburse me for my room and nobody never gave me a call so they kind of ruined my vacation cause all I want to do is soak in the Jacuzzi tub watch little TV and just relax and that didn’t happen ”
