Hotel a South Newport

“There was no one at the desk at check in, about 7 PM. I waited 5 to 10 minutes before someone showed up. After an 8 hour drive, that was not appreciated. ”

“Beautifully renovated near interstate...parking was a bit confusing as to the entrance...make sure you enter thru the 1st entry at the Comfort Inn entrance and immediately turn left in front of the building and continue till you see the RRI which sits back a bit...staff ULTRA friendly and helpful.”

“We have stayed here 5 times, the room is always clean and well equipped and the staff are very helpful and friendly. A good situation by the I95 for easy access. Breakfast adequate.”

“Dangerous they gave my room key to a stranger I was awoken at 2 am with a stranger coming into my room the front desk did not verify id just taking people word for a room they say they are in. I could have been a victim or a murderer depending on how I was able to protect myself please teach staff better.”

“This was the most disgusting hotel room I've ever encountered, the floor was sticky, the bedding smell. I couldn't even sleep in it, she seemed to be malfunctioning. It was either too hot or too cold, it was shampoo soap, and "boywash" in the shower that was hopefully mislabeled. It was incredibly noisy, and there were bugs crawling around in the room. I could go on my own, but I think you get the picture.”

“the parking is good and safety, the breakfast I'll recommend that should be include cereals , milk and juices.”
