“Good service at late check in.. although a security guard sat on the couch staring at us. Didn’t like that the pool wasn’t heated in September, my kids were excited to swim. It looks like a coffee bar on the website, I didn’t see that. ”

“We didn’t like that there was limited hotel parking and that we incurred a $15 a day parking fee. Breakfast was tasty and complimentary! We did find it strange that most housekeeping staff did not understand English. We asked for a few items and at least 4 different employees could not comprehend what we were asking for ie: a garbage bag, glasses for the room, towels, and a bathroom scale to weigh our luggage. Usually there is a scale in every fitness center of every hotel we’ve ever stayed...
