“The room was nice, but there was something sticky on the carpet (eww). Upon arrival the hotel's booking system was down and we couldn't check in for over an hour. It was 109 degrees outside and so we sat in the breakfast area and waited. We did get one night compted but we had to ask for it, nothing offered without asking. The staff didn't seem to be trained in how to appropriately handle the down system situation, and in talking to another guest (with a disabled spouse) they had asked...

“This property is conveniently located. I stayed the weekend and enjoyed the in room kitchen. The muffins and coffee in the AM were nice. Staff was friendly and check in and check out were easy. Rooms are a little older in condition but the shower and bed were fine! Would definitely stay again!”

“This is the absolute worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in, by far. Upon entering the room it was easy to see the place isn’t kept up or cleaned very well at all. Dirty handprints on the walls everywhere, dirt all over the floor, the water pressure in the shower was worse than a pinched off garden hose, there was a hole in the subfloor beneath the linoleum that felt like we were going to fall through into the room below us, and dry blood on the curtains and door handle to the balcony. “First of all I want to point out the positive attributes. The place is clean and well maintained. It is decorated very nicely and lots of natural light which I love. The bathroom has a beautiful tiled walk in shower with very good water pressure. Our first night the lady next door has 2 dogs and the little barked till 1230 am. I assume she came home from work and after that the neighborhood was super quiet. Now my only complaint is the OVERWHELMING smell of the carpet refresher I assume used by...
