“We did not have much time in the room or casino, but the room was very clean and modern, and we really enjoyed the stay. The price was great for such nice accommodations”

“I wasn’t too thrilled about the smell of smoke at the Hotel. However, I can’t knock the Hotel for that, because it’s more of a Casino in Nevada thing than a Peppermill problem. The room was on a non smoking floor and our room itself was clean and smelt fine. The staff were friendly, parking was easy, no complaints. Recommended.”

“Stay was great the room we had was dirty, puke on the wall by the bathroom trash. Curtain was falling, Stains and food stains in the counter. Comforter was stained. We didn’t bother complaining because we had already unpacked in 2 rooms and it was late. ”

“Property beautiful, staff wonderful, room with balcony large and comfortable, shuttle easy to access. Will certainly go back and recommend to anyone who is interested in a nice, relaxing vacation.”

“Loved our stay here. It was very peaceful and the reception staff were very friendly. They were great with communication and instructions. We got to our cottage after hours and it was a smooth check-in with the instructions emailed to us. The cottage is very comfy and spacious.It was about a 10 min drive to everything like downtown Truckee and it said 15/20 min to Palisades Tahoe but felt like less. ”
