“$50 service fee while doing self checkout. That was a not good surprise. Other than that I would stay again. I did the self check in as well so can’t really star on the service.”

“Loved our stay here. It was very peaceful and the reception staff were very friendly. They were great with communication and instructions. We got to our cottage after hours and it was a smooth check-in with the instructions emailed to us. The cottage is very comfy and spacious.It was about a 10 min drive to everything like downtown Truckee and it said 15/20 min to Palisades Tahoe but felt like less. ”

“I expected a lot better from a Caesars property. The room we stayed in at the Skyway Tower was old, ugly, and very run down. Looks like it hasn't been updated in years. Overall, very disappointed in the room. Would not stay there again. I would stay at the El Dorado or the Silver Legacy, which are all connected, before I stayed at Circus Circus again. Also, to get to our room in the elevator you have to scan your card for the elevator to work. It would have been helpful if someone had mentioned...
