“The Hotel is a typical Holiday Inn, clean and simple…but what we didn’t like was the breakfast. No choice, for 4 days the pancake machine wasn’t usable for unknown reason.. This aspect must be improved. The pool need to be cleaned more ..”

“The breakfast menu was fresh and plentiful! Breakfast was very hearty! The parking was ample and safe! The hotel itself needs some updating, however it was clean and priced accordingly. The staff was very helpful with assisting us on places to visit or dining out selections. The staff were very friendly! I enjoyed my stay at Best Western Springfield!”

The breakfast staff was accommodating, but the hotel staff was checked out, not really engaged in what they were doing, rather indifferent. “The hotel is located in a quiet area. There’s an abandoned building nearby. The room was clean and spacious. The only problem we encountered was the water. It only gave us lukewarm at first. It seemed as if the shower level is stuck and couldn’t turn all the way to the hot side. I called the front desk to fix it, but the maintenance personnel couldn’t come til the next day. “Wonderful place to stay, staff were wonderful so friendly and accommodating! Breakfast buffet was the best we've ever had at a hotel. Parking lot was full, very busy hotel but still didn’t have to park to far away from hotel. Very safe location, could walk to just about any thing you wanted to eat, or they would shuttle you if needed. If we head that way for another vacation we will stay here again. ”

“Good breakfast selection and staff. Friendly and efficient staff. Spacious and well equipped and clean room and bathroom. Easy to access all highways from this hotel including the one on which hotel is located. Good food options and convenience store nearby. Good option for visiting Washington and vicinity although traffic can make for a longer drive (55 minutes instead of 30, for example) at some times.”

“Parking was interesting, on a hill, so unique. Construction was being done at the facility, which was dusty. Noise was restricted to daylight hours, so that was ok. Rooms were clean and had pleasant smells. The breakfast was somewhat cold if you did not go first thing. Selection was good.
