“The room was clean, but the bathroom was small and inconvenient. The water from the shower was overflowing onto the toilet floor. Parking was inconvenient. We had to take 2 different lifts to go from car park to reception. It was challenging to find the parking as well since there was no designated spot for hotel guests. We also had to validate our parking ticket everyday even though they said they had recording our plate number in the system, except for the last day. The staffs at the...

“Didn’t use the pool but the restaurant and deck seating were excellent. Our comment was we would eat there if we were locals because the food was delicious. Room was clean and nice. Nicely arranged for multiple people to share.”

“Amazing breakfast variety. Fast room service. Extra touches in room were lovely surprises - chocolates, chips, and juices etc. All staff were really friendly. Only 2 slight negatives (neither a huge deal) was coffee not being great and finding a few hairs in the shower.”
