Inn a South Stradbroke

“Nice house in a really interesting location. The house is modern with a bit of luxury. Off grid but everything works well - showers, kitchen, fridge, tv - just need to drink bottled water which is provided. We moored our boat at the marina ( no extra cost) and walked up to the house (about 5 minutes). Boat was safe. We ended up finding some of the old resort bikes and exploring the island that way. The best swimming spot is surf side (7 mins by bike) or tipplers swimming enclosure (1km walk from...

“Luxury hotel in southport. Number one! Two pool. Fantastic wiew. ”

“In overall it was a good experience. Couple notes: 1 - when I ordered pizza in room service, they brought just a pizza in the box, no plates for 3 of us. 2 - When we came to the swiming pool at 4:30pm, the stuff- lady said that it will be closed at 5pm. However, we left at 6pm and pool was still open with many kids, parents and personal still at the pool. Not sure if this lady was new to this hotel??”

“The kindness, helpfulness and friendliness of the staff were amazing-Julia (assisting with restaurant) was wonderful as were the staff at Reception. Breakfast was outstanding. The common toilets at Reception needed to be regularly cleaned though-strong smell. Noticed when I arrived and was waiting for my room-not a good first impression”
