“This hotel was perfect for a 3 day trip. The front desk staff was always helpful, especially recommending dinner options. The neighborhood is nice and very walkable. The room was spacious and clean, we loved the mini bar and snack box. Parking was easy, no need to use the valet, there were always open spots. I would absolutely stay again.”

“Quiet and spacious rooms. Didn't Ike they didn't have many options of places to eat inside the hotel or an place to purchase snacks or drinks inside the hotel. The restaurant was rather pricey. The hotel didn't seem very family oriented whenever there's adults making out in the pool while kids are swimming. Nice hotel but geared more around adults and couples.”

“I was unaware of the stairs to get to the rooms. I was given a room on the 2nd floor and there was no elevator to use to bring all of my luggage. The night before checkout, I called the front desk to ask if an Uber would be able to pick me up at 4:30 am and would be allowed onto the premises. I was told that I should have the pickup be the clubhouse and I could have a tram arranged to pick me up at 4:00 am. When I called at 4:00 am on the morning of checkout, I was told that the tram drivers...

“Abbiamo trovato delle cimici da letto in camera,alle 2.30 del mattino abbiamo richiesto un cambio camera e nessuno ci e venuto ad aiutare coi bagagli ne con la bambina che dormiva nel letto,trasferito tutto da soli senza nemmeno un briciolo di scuse, al momento del check out l’ho segnalato e hanno detto che controllavano,my apologies e stop!terribilmente decaduto (ero stata 4 anni fa)!”

“Facility was very clean! Room was in good shape and everything was in working order. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable of activities in and outside the hotel. Another Adult pool would be useful. Food in restaurants was very good. More than 1 restaurant had the same menu. Maybe more variety in restaurants. Nice to see gluten free options, however GF burger buns would be a nice addition for another option. We are already planning our trip next year. Will definitely tell others about...

“This property is clean and well maintained, but will never stay again for $369/ni. The drinks were $15 each, but had very little alcohol in them and ordered them with floaters after the first 2 drinks. I was expecting a large pool area. The area accommodates people, but the pool is very small and the water was cloudy because of so many people in it. The property is old. The service was great. Worth what we spent. Absolutely not!”

“The location was perfect. Staff was friendly and helpful, especially housekeeping. The beds were very comfortable. We loved the convenience of Sloppy Joe's and many other stores and restaurants right across the street. Dispite having the world's loudest, rudest toilet (lol) we would stay there again and again.”
