“Upon checking in the receptionist asked if we would need extra toiletries, towels, and a microwave along with any special needs. The facility was very clean and any personnel encountered during our stay were very friendly and accommodating.”

“When our room was cleaned, there was no towels replaced AND WE CAME BACK TO DOOR BEING LEFT OPENED!! When my bf went down to let them know and get towels he said desk clerk acted like she didn't care.”

“Welcoming to pets. Front desk associate at check in wasn’t friendly at all and didn’t even seem to look at the details of my reservations (2 rooms with different room types and 1 with a dog). The bathrooms in the lobby were out of order. There was a dirty wash cloth in our shower and the bathtub was stained/rusty in spots. Thankfully the beds and rest of the room was clean. Breakfast was great other than their juice machine wasn’t working.”
