“I don’t understand why I paid Expedia $101 dollars when I booked the room and when i checked in at the hotel I to pay $86 dollars and when I called the nexts day regarding it I was told that it would be taken care of and that the money we’ll be refunded back to my card. Well it’s been since February 15th and I have not gotten a refund.”

“We were driving through and needed a place to sleep for the night. We would have been better off sleeping in our car. The bathroom had black mold all over the ceiling, the bathtub was nasty and the toilet had black stuff all over it. The room smelled very musty and was in bad shape overall! We would never stay here again if it was the only place to go! Nope!!! ”
