Hotel a Southeast Birmingham

“Great”

“It was decent. The check in/out signs did not match what was indicated by the hotel host. Pool closed early. Drawers in the kitchen were broken. It was decently clean and everyone was helpful. It served the purpose and we were fine with it for a quick stop but is not what you want if you're looking for a nicer hotel.”

“This hotel was really nice on the inside but mildly felt unsafe on the outside. We had no issues or anything but it just didnt feel like it was in the best part of town. Overall good price and close enough to downtown that it worked well. The rooms were really nice.”

“We arrived to our hotel at almost 11pm to be given a double bed room, which is what we booked. We opened the door to a pile of trash. Upon further inspection of the room, there were empty TRULY cans everywhere, the beds were unmade and slept in. The pillows had makeup on them. “The pros - Clean location, affordable price, reasonable breakfast. The cons: This had to be one of the most uncomfortable beds known to mankind. It was so soft it was like a gummy worm meets marshmallow - with dips in the middle and it seemingly tilted backwards. My boyfriend and I were in misery throughout the night. “Hotel lobby was filthy and staff was rude”

“We saw that a buffet breakfast was served. We thought it was included-it was not!!! Costs $30”
