“Amazing stay in the Faena Hotel Miami. Are suite was amazing had a wonderful view. All of the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The Housekeeper lady Cesia was extreamly nice even left us some extra chocolates as a gratuity when she learned that it was our anniversary. One of the workers in the front explained everything upon arrival showed us everything in the hotel and gave us some champagne and a big bottle of san pelegrino when I told him I wasn’t drinking. “This was a perfect stay from the moment I walked through the door. I arrived at 10am, hoping to drop my bags and change for the beach before my 4pm check-in. They let me check in 6 hours early!!!! No fee. I didn’t even have to ask. Then I sat down to an absolutely delicious breakfast served by the delightful Cynthia, before settling into my big fluffy bed for a much needed nap after my 6am flight.
