“Desk staff was fantastic! The breakfast was fair. The hotel was a bit noisy.”

“Staff at front desk were helpful and friendly. Most of the cleaning staff were not friendly at all. They took over the elevator and didn’t allow us to use it. They were on their phones or busy eating food. The breakfast area was clean and well stocked. It was great to see that they had non pork items to choose from. “The positives are that the staff was very helpful and it was incredibly easy to be shuttled from the airport and back to the airport. Courteous shuttle drivers. The negatives are: room was not clean. My sheets had stains on them. I found quite a few dark hairs in the bathroom. There were no drains on the sink or bathtub/shower…. My room phone didn’t work. Also- my room was right by the elevator so I heard loud families all night. Hallways & elevator in need of updating & cleaning. I didn’t...

“The highlight of this hotel is the staff - even when there was quite a line of folks waiting to check in, they were kind, calm, and helpful. The room was fine; a bit dated, one discolored throw pillow and a carpet stain, but otherwise clean. I’m not really sure what the excitement over breakfast at this hotel is for - after viewing the options we opted to find coffee and food downtown. Overall, we’ll probably pick another area hotel next time, though for the cost, this is honestly fine.”
