“Great place for a date night or some R&R. Very relaxed, cozy atmosphere. Roaring fireplace to keep you warm during the colder months at the main restaurant. Staff are very accomadating and go above and beyond. Warm and welcoming and can make a mean Cocktail! Reccommend staying the night if wanting to make the most of the service, menue and Bar! Menue and bar prices are very reasonable for the quality and amount you receive.”

“Had a great time and highly recommend for families. We incorporated the room, buffet breakfast, and theme parks which were great value! Staff were friendly, and I would also recommend Melrose restaurant who were quick, reasonably priced, and helpful. Great time and will be back!”

“On arrival at 2.05pm we had to wait over 20 minutes to check in as there was no receptionist and a big queue formed. No apology was offered and the receptionist started chatting to the woman in front about what she was going to do during her stay, read the room! Internet was dreadful despite it being promoted. Shower gel in the wall mounted container dribbled out slowly. Bed was comfortable but the room was very dated.”
