“The house was very clean, well maintained, and a great size for all of us. The neighborhood was very walkable and the house is super close to the beach which allowed for lots of walking. The host was very responsive and friendly and gladly answered any questions and concerns we had. The website provided when booking also made everything very clear and was referenced many times during the trip as it was so thorough. “The apartment was located in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of downtown. It was the perfect size for a small group of us to stay and be able to walk to shopping and restaurants. We had everything we needed, including a cute little snack area. I would say the only downside was that the building was very old and therefore not soundproofed. So we heard everything the young kids were up to downstairs, quite early in the morning. Still, we’d definitely rent again!”

“The small room was beautifully appointed and comfortable, with all of the basic amenities I could need. The balcony and sea view were great, and a low-tide stroll of the beach was an easy 2-minute walk away.”

“Very good overall. Close to beach. Problems … water took a long time to turn to hot for hand washing and showers. Porch windows would not open… when we got in temp read 78 on the main unit…. Took a long time to get it down to 68. We had a hard time controlling temperature.. There was no lobster pot. You need one.”

“The property manager was not friendly nor helpful. She was very angry with me because I brought my little dog who is my service animal. She made it very clear the only reason she would have a service animal on her property was because it is the law. She told me she would have given us a different room knowing we had a dog. Because other people have allergies to dogs. I explained to her this breed of dog does not shed. She told me I should have called her in advance to notify her of having a dog....
