ApartHotel a Southern Ontario

“Bien situé,”

“Specious”

“I booked this location because of it's proximity to my work meetings. Location is great. Parking nearby in public parking is expensive. Condo is very small, which was expected, smaller than most hotel rooms. Global Stay is a very shady company. They don't talk to you, they only text and only very slowly. The "representetives" who are supposed to meet you at the door are shady. It was a lady who couldn't speak English. The condo was 85 degrees when I entered. AC didn't work and you can't get...

“The location is perfect right in the heart of Yorkville the only problem was the amenities, such as towels and soap etc. inside the unit which were in short supply and some minor maintenance related issues that could be attended to”

“Good, clean, safe”

“I loved the condo. It's very clean, extremely well equipped, next to a subway station. One item to improve would be the indications of the parking. There are two sections in the parking lot. Each spot is numbered with a letter preceding the number. Unfortunately, in the indications we received there was no letter and we parked in the wrong area. This is a small correction to be made by the condo owner. Whatever spot corresponds to your condo, please write the letter before the number. In...

“The unit was very clean, well designed (modern) and you can’t beat the location. Alec, was very responsive to all my questions and/or concerns. I had one issue with the lockbox and it was addressed on the premise promptly. It was a very positive experience overall. I would stay here again and would highly recommend!!”

“My family and I stayed at the apartment for five days. Uju (our contact) was responsive and helpful throughout the stay. The apartment was in a good location and the layout worked well for our family of three. There was convenient municipal and overnight street parking nearby (about a 5- minute walk). The high traffic areas and kitchen were clean but on closer inspection the apartment was long overdue for some deep cleaning and maintenance. For example, the closet, dresser drawers, under the...

“Great location for a short trip!”
