Motel a Southern Virginia

“We travel with two dogs and a service dog. I called this motel on the day I was booking our room. I made arrangements prior to booking with the motel for the 2 dogs and my service dog. Upon arrival the desk clerk wanted proof that my service dog was certified, something that does not exist. I offered to give the clerk a copy of the ADA guidelines but instead he wanted me to pay cash for the dog deposit for the other 2 dogs and if I paid cash he would give me a discount. “We got here late at night on our trip from GA to VT and our room was absolutely DISGUSTING! Looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. What looked like blood and feces on the walls everywhere, stains on the beds, and had a weird odor to it. We immediately requested our money back and went to the Best Western down the road. ”
