“The loft is a quite a unique place. Nestled in the heart of down town pagosa, this spot is a gem. Four bedrooms, and 1 bath with another restroom just down the hall. It was close to both springs and shops and restaurants. I would recommend to anyone who wants close access to down town with out the spring prices. ”

However, communications with owner thereafter were excellent. Property is well maintained and I enjoyed the hot tub amenity.
