“Rooms were clean and spacious. Only complaint was lack of fresh box of Kleenex. Outstanding breakfast bar, but could have used more help in refilling food containers. Crowd was quite large due to holiday weekend and it was challenging trying to serve the large and hungry crowd. All in all, breakfast was delicious and varied. Overall stay was great.”

“Property need revamped, cracked stirs, no pool access, gaps in the door seal letting lots of air from outside in, AC was loud and didn’t work well, no fire or o2 detector, internet was patchy. It was as clean as it could be based off the property condition. Staff was friendly.”

Owners have done an excellent job refurbishing this mid-century classic property. I’ve seen a mix of reviews re the breakfast. “Per (evidentemente) mio errore ho prenotato una stanza fumatori e non c'è stato modo di avere un cambio: detto ciò, la stanza puzzava in maniera assurda, nemmeno un tabagista potrebbe reggere un odore del genere. Il wifi non funzionava, non hanno saputo spiegare perché, ma banalmente la stanza non era coperta dalla rete. Niente asciugamani in zona piscina, in compenso capelli ovunque in giro per la stanza. Stanza dall'aspetto gradevole, ma senza spazio per aprire la valigia ed appendere 1/2 capi...

“This motel exceeded our expectations! The room was spotless, comfortable, and a great size with two beds. Everything was clean, welcoming, and well cared for. We had a relaxing stay, slept great, and thoroughly enjoyed our visit. We would highly recommend this motel to anyone visiting Pagosa Springs.”

“The property is beautiful and they have great amenities but the staff at the Players Club and the restaurant were just plain rude. The grill staff hostess wouldn’t even come by to seat us. It was only 8 pm and they posted open until 10! They just would look then turn away. We left because no one would seat us. Then the girls at the cafe barely responded to questions. Food was premade so the sandwich was soggy and the bun tough yet wet. The guy working the players club was just sarcastic and...
