“The host (Bob) was most gracious. The room was clean and orderly. We had our own parking and the room was accessible. It’s a beautiful venue with great views. Bob was very receptive and allowed for early check in and late check out. He’s a great host!”

“The WIFI is awful. We had work and personal calls, computer work to get done in the evening and we could not make any phone calls. We could only text. No TV service either. It wasn't bad - it wasn't available at all! We had to leave to make each call, it was not ideal. ”

“Lovingly cared for, clean, well equipped trailer in a gorgeous setting. Lots of fun details and friendly host who answered my texts quickly. It was a bit far from downtown Durango but we knew this ahead of time. The only drawback was the toilet became inaccessible once the second bed was assembled. Perfect place for a single person or couple not requiring a second bed. Main bed was large and very comfortable. Will happily recommend this location to others. ”

“Location, location, location!! Condo being a 5min walk to our daughters on campus apt was great. Back way down towards Purgatory was SO excellent and easy to avoid town. Views and hot tub- awesome! AND, according to my wife (I’m bald), great shampoo. Loved it so much she ordered from Amazon on the way home:)Thank you ”
