“Per (evidentemente) mio errore ho prenotato una stanza fumatori e non c'è stato modo di avere un cambio: detto ciò, la stanza puzzava in maniera assurda, nemmeno un tabagista potrebbe reggere un odore del genere. Il wifi non funzionava, non hanno saputo spiegare perché, ma banalmente la stanza non era coperta dalla rete. Niente asciugamani in zona piscina, in compenso capelli ovunque in giro per la stanza. Stanza dall'aspetto gradevole, ma senza spazio per aprire la valigia ed appendere 1/2 capi...

“The communication was absolutely top-notch. It made check-in incredibly easy after a very long day of traveling. There is no waiting at a check-in desk. We just walked in and got our room and went to bed. We asked for food reservations and things in the area and they were Right on top of it very quick to respond and had some great ideas. They were very attentive and kind the rooms were very clean. The towels were very soft. The beds were comfortable, and the views of the water with the moonlight...

“Paz greeted and welcomed us when we arrived in the evening. She showed us around the dining area and showed the food and beverages available to us at any time during our stay. The Oxford room was so comfortable! The fireplace was the perfect touch! Everything was clean and neat. Breakfast was delicious-Blueberry pancakes, bacon, sausage, fresh orange juice, and a fruit cup. Everything was presented so beautifully. Paz was so hospitable, the perfect host!
