“I stayed in room 102. I’ve never seen a rug so dirty in my life the bedding was clean, but the whole place needs a work over the shower system the toilet system. The flooring needs totally redone. It’s a dive and if that rug could talk. It’s got 40 years of talking. It’s time to change the flooring.”

Everything is brande new, and very clean, very important to a clean freak loke myself. Breakfast is made fresh everyday and a baried menu. An amazing stay at Holiday Inn Windermere.”

“There was a thunderstorm during our stay and we noticed that every window in the stairwell was severely leaking. The staff had placed bath towels (the same ones used in guest rooms) to soak up the water. The elevator was also broken for the duration of our stay. Finally, there were stains on the bed sheets when we arrived and signs of mold in the bathroom.”

“The person at the front desk was very helpful, and parking was readily available, which made check-in convenient. However, there were a few issues that could be improved. The staircase had some garbage, the bedsheets had noticeable stains, there was no complimentary water bottle in the room, and no soap was provided in the washroom. These details felt a bit unprofessional. That said, the room was decent overall and served its basic purpose well for a short stay.”
